Saath is an educational legal companion app. This page explains how you can
request deletion of your Saath account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
To delete your Saath account and its associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to apogeeedu7@gmail.com
from the email address linked to your Saath account.
Use the subject line Delete my Saath account.
In the message, include the name and email (or the Google account) you used to sign in, so we can
locate and verify your account.
We will verify your request and delete your account. We aim to complete deletion requests within
30 days of receiving them, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:
Your account details (name and email address)
Your cases, hearings, notes and reminders
Documents you uploaded or scanned, and the explanations generated from them
Your questions and chat history within the app
What data may be kept, and for how long
We may retain a limited amount of information where required to:
Comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes — retained only for as long
as the law requires, then deleted.
Keep basic, anonymised records (with no personal identifiers) that cannot be linked back to you.
Aside from these limited cases, your personal data is removed and is not recoverable after deletion.
