Refund and Cancellation Policy — Saath

This policy covers paid plans bought in the Saath app or on the Saath website, published by Saathlegal.

1. What we sell

Saath sells access to digital features for a fixed period — a larger allowance of cases, questions, document pages and generated explanations. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Plans are one-time purchases for a set number of days. They do not renew automatically. Nothing is ever charged again unless you choose to buy another plan yourself.

2. Plans are not refundable

We ask you to be sure before you pay, and we have built the app so that you can be:

• Saath has a free tier that does not expire. You can work a complete case from start to finish, upload documents and ask questions without paying anything. Nothing is hidden until after you buy.
• The price and the exact allowance are shown before you pay, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Nothing renews. Your plan ends on its last day and you are not charged again, so no payment can take you by surprise.

3. Cancellation

Because plans do not auto-renew, there is no subscription to cancel and nothing to stop. Your access simply ends on the last day of the plan you bought. You can stop using Saath at any time, and delete your account from within the app.

4. Payment errors

The above is about changing your mind. It does not apply to mistakes in taking payment. We will always return money that should not have been taken, specifically where:

• You were charged more than once for the same plan
• Money left your account but the plan was never activated on your Saath account
• You were charged an amount other than the price shown

These are payment failures rather than refunds, and we fix them without argument.

5. How to report a payment error

Email apogeeedu7@gmail.com from the address on your Saath account, and include the date you paid, the amount, the payment reference from your receipt, and what happened.

• We reply within 2 working days
• Money is returned within 5 to 7 working days of us confirming the error
• It goes back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or bank account. We cannot send it anywhere else.
• Your bank may take a few further days to show it

6. No outcome is promised

Saath provides educational legal information. It is not legal advice, it is not legal representation, and no result in any matter is promised or implied. The outcome of a legal matter is not a ground for a refund. See the Terms and Conditions.

7. Purchases made through Google Play

If you bought a plan through Google Play rather than on the Saath website, that payment is handled by Google and is subject to the Google Play refund process, which is outside our control. Write to us anyway and we will help you through it.
